Robert A. Previti
Rob practices commercial real estate and corporate law. Rob’s real estate practice focuses on acquisitions, financings, development, and dispositions of commercial and industrial real estate assets, with an emphasis on hospitality transactions. His transactional experience includes both portfolio and single asset acquisitions and dispositions. Rob also regularly handles land use matters, including zoning, titling, easements, condominium registration and governance, and subdivision approval and registration.
Rob’s corporate practice covers all aspects of business representation, including entity selection and formation, shareholder agreements, debt and equity financing, sales and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Rob also has a working knowledge of securities regulation, including private securities offerings, formation of investment funds, and investment adviser and broker-dealer regulation.
Rob holds a joint JD/MBA from American University, where he was an Articles Editor for the American University Law Review and a Dean’s Fellow, and is a graduate of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Prior to joining SL&V, Rob was an attorney in the Washington, DC office of a large national law firm.
